On the weekends of Sunday May 18 and Sunday May 25, young Catholics will be pamphleting parishes across greater Sydney as part of the yCAMPAIGN to promote WYD2008.
 The focus of this aspect of the yCAMPAIGN will be to highlight – especially to young Catholics for starters – the unique gift which WYD is for Sydney and Australia,” explains a Coordinator of the yCAMPAIGN, Kieran Walton,.
“Benedict is coming - and so is WYD and it is going to be a long, long time before we see anything like this in our city again,” continues Mr Walton.
One of the particular aspects of the yCAMPAIGN is to encourage young Catholics to take the week off work for WYD rather than simply attend selected events.
“The experience of WYD is best lived if you enter into it for the whole week and as residents in the host city we will never get a chance like this again.”
