There are several things that you can do to spiritually prepare for WYD11, such as attend the weekly Young Adults Holy Hour at St Mary's Cathedral Crypt. Details below.

Young Adults Holy Hour 

As a continuing spiritual weekly opportunity to grow in holiness, thank God for the blessings granted during WYD08, and now begin to prepare for WYD11, every Wednesday a Young Adults Holy Hour is hosted at St Mary’s Cathedral. Many young people came to the Holy Hour to prepare for WYD08, and now we pray in thanksgiving for the blessings we have received.

This Holy Hour has been hosted every Wednesday since October 2006 and the details are: 

WHAT: Weekly young adults Holy Hour

WHEN: Every Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm

WHERE: St Mary’s Cathedral CRYPT

BEFORE: Mass is celebrated immediately before the Holy Hour at 5.30pm.

Each Holy Hour is structured around a gospel reading followed by a 5-7 minute homily with the remaining time dedicated to personal prayer, music and reflection.
